The CIRS is an environmental facility located in the municipality of Ribas de Sil (Lugo) in Torbeo.

The different elements on display (panels, models...) will give you an overview of the river Sil and its influence on the structure of the territory and the way of life of its inhabitants; the associated environmental values and water as a driving force and energy producer.
